I. Introduction

1. Data controller of JBr Decals is Ing. Jiří Brožek, Ph.D., IN 01128311 („controller“ from now on).

II. Collected personal information

1. We collect personal information provided by you in order to provide you with an online ordering service.
2. We collect your personal identification and contact information necessary for order, billing and tax evidence (name, surname, delivery and billing address, e-mail address). We keep no records regarding your credit cards, as all online transactions by cards are solely processed by PayPal.
3. We are required by the Czech law to keep sales data for at least 15 years from the day the sale is made.

III. Third party

1. In order to deliver your order, your name, surname and delivery address must be provided to the Czech Post, who is our postal carrier.
2. No third party has access to your personal information.
3. Your personal information won't be provided to any entity outside EU or international organization.

1. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure both the information we collect online and we keep in paper form for tax and accounting purposes.

1. By placing an order in our e-shop you confirm that you have read this privacy policy and that you fully agree to it.
2. Controller is allowed to update the privacy policy. New version of the privacy policy will be published at our website.
